Terms & Conditions
All disputes to be arising from transactions, purchases and contracts with Every Crafts a Bargain shall be determined and governed by English Law. All goods and products remain the sole property of Every Crafts a Bargain until paid for in full.
Orders placed with Every Crafts a Bargain shall not be binding unless Every Crafts a Bargain accepts them.
Whilst every effort will be made to effect deliveries and maintain prices quoted, Every Crafts a Bargain has the sole right to vary prices and deliveries.
All goods must be paid for before dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment date must be as stated, all payments must be made in Pounds Stirling.
Every Crafts a Bargain have the right to delay or cancel delivery.
Missing or Wrong items sent.
Unfortunately on the odd occasion when we do make a mistake and an item is wrongly sent or missing from your order. Due to the bulkiness and weight of the products we sell a refund will be given on such items , this is due to the high postal costs. Please check all your goods when they arrive as any missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, should your parcel have a missing item please advise by email or phone.
Orders which havent been payed for ie, computer problems, bank problems etc.
Once your items are added to a basket we allow you one hour to place this order, if the order hasnt been placed within that time scale then all stock will be replenshied back online for other customers to order.
Free Gifts
When available you may only Receive 1 Free gift per-order. There will be no exception to this.Also to qualify for a free gift you must meet the requirements set out by everycraftsabargainon that particular item. If an order Contains more then 1 free gift everycraftsapound may select which 1 to send out to the purchaser.
Dispatch
Deliveries will be dispatched within 1 - 5 working days. If there is a problem with any part of an order we will try to let our customers know, either by telephone, or email. We can only dispatch to a full postal address. No PO Boxes please.
This pricing structure applies to parcels under 20kg in weight. Any order weighing over the 20kg benchmark will be quoted upon accordingly.
** All items are now shipped by Royal mail or DPD**
Orders below 2KG will be shipped with Royal mail 2nd Class.
Orders over 2KG and upto 20kg will be shipped with DPD Local.
Free P&P is on orders upto 20kg.
Any orders over 20kg will carry an additional cost.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, orders are normally picked and posted within the same day.
All orders are on a 3-5 working day delivery service, usually orders will arrive before this time.
If the parcel is undelievered ( or not accepted when delivery is attempted )the customer will incur the costs of £6.50 for the return delivery charge to Every Crafts Warehouse. It will be up to you the customer to contact ourselves to arrange for redelivery for which the re-delivery will be charged at the full price of £6.50.
Postage is extra to the Rep. of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, The Sottish Highlands and some Aberdeen and Inverness postcodes. Orders for these locations should be submitted for a full quote. We reserve the right to revise the postage charges, if this is necessary, we will contact you with the quotation before your order is processed.

Damaged Items
We don't want any of your items to be damaged in transit but unfortunately sometimes this does happen , please check all your goods when they arrive as any damaged item must be reported within 3 days of receipt, should your parcel be damaged please advise the courier you wish to sign for it as damaged. If your parcel is signed for and is damaged we can not make a claim on your behalf. Any items that are damaged within the packaging can be returned for a full refund.
Returns
At Every Crafts a Bargain we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received them (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for them.
Please Note:
We can only accept opened items if they are faulty.
Postage will only be refunded on goods which are faulty.
Maximum postage refunds are limited to £4.99 per parcel.
No exceptions will be made.
Any orders on free delivery which are part returned and then fall below the free delivery benchmark will have the postage cost deducted from the refund.
Cancellations
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Customers will receive a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened.
This does not apply to bespoke made items
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during return transit.
Pre Orders
Should an order be cancelled prior to the order being despatched a £5 charge will be deducted from the total refund, this is to cover admin and charges from card refund .
General
Coloured card, paper & envelopes by their nature have a tendency to fade, some colours more than others and in particular recycled papers. It is important when storing or displaying card, paper & envelopes to avoid direct exposure to sunshine or bright lighting systems. Colours may be subject to change.
