Free P&P is on orders upto 20kg.
Any orders over 20kg will carry an additional cost. 



We pride ourselves on our customer service, orders are normally picked and posted within the same day. 
All orders are on a 3-5 working day delivery service, usually orders will arrive before this time.

If the parcel is undelievered the customer will incur the costs of the return delivery charge to Every Crafts Warehouse. It will be up to you to contact us to arrange for redelivery for which the re delivery will be charged at the full price of £6.95.
